Aiden Day Family Build August 2-9, 2025

Aiden Day participated in two Cambiando Vidas builds as a teenager.  Tragically, Aiden died of Acute Myeloid Leukemia in 2020.  Aiden’s family is planning a house build with Cambiando Vidas to mark the 5th anniversary of his passing.  Aiden was deeply committed to Cambiando Vidas and he was the heart and soul of the teams he joined in the DR.  He was the first to pick up a shovel or a small child and he compelled us all to think about not just what we were doing but why we were doing it.

The build will be August 2-9, 2025.  Through the generous donations of many people who knew and loved Aiden, the cost of the house is covered.  Participants will only need to pay for their own airfare and traveler’s insurance plus $600 for team expenses which covers all food, lodging and transportation in the DR.
